On March 20 in 7:40 mornings on Pobeda Embankment St. (Victory-3) there was a tragic road accident as a result of which people at a stop of public transport were lost.
The SUV Nissan X-Trail made a turn before a traffic light and closed driving through the central strip. Towards to it on green light the black sedan of BMW 320 which couldn't go round suddenly appeared Nissan went.
After emergency braking and blow of Nissan, BMW at great speed brought on a stop near which there were people.
In total 9 people suffered. Three were lost at the place of accident: two women and 9-year-old boy. The woman 1979, mother of the boy, died in the ambulance. Five were delivered in city hospitals with traumas of different severity. In some hours one of victims, the girl 1984 died.
The condition of one victim is estimated as heavy, three — average weight.
Drivers 1978 and 1955 – men, didn't suffer. Passengers in salons of cars weren't.
The criminal proceedings on signs of the crime provided ч.3 by Art. 286 of UK of Ukraine (violation of the rules of safety of traffic or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles, entailed death of several people) are begun. Both drivers are detained.
